Creditors of bookstore chain Livraria Cultura approved the restructuring plan for the group which had entered a process of judicial recovery. They accepted a proposal which foresees a discount of up to 70% of the total debt with a repayment period for debt of up to 12 years. Our partner in Judicial Recovery, Fabiana Solano, affirmed that “getting the approval of the judicial recovery in less than six months after the decree will be fundamental for the group’s recovery.”
