São Paulo will electronically audit major waste generators

Felsberg in The News

In an interview with Valor Econômico, Fabrício Soler analyzes the question of the  electronic audit of companies generating major amounts of waste. With this new measure, the Municipality of São Paulo will be able to track the path of waste to its final destination. According to the specialist, this measure is overall positive since “if the major generator of waste becomes controlled, the municipal public system will be unburdened, and it will be easier to invest in more educational policies.”
