Requests for Judicial Recovery drop 21.7% in May which reveals a trend towards negotiation

Thomas Felsberg analyzes the reduction of requests for judicial recovery in May in an interview with Estado de S. Paulo. According to the published numbers, this trend points to a preference for negotiation, aiming towards companies’ financial health. According to our founding partner, “in spite of all the ailments and tragedies resulting from the pandemic, it is starting to be clear that renegotiation is beneficial to creditors, the GDP and employment.”
