Decree No. 10,470/2020 was published on 24 August 2020, extending the period by another 60 days for the adoption of emergency measures relating to the proportional reduction of hours and wages and suspension of the employment contracts.
With the publication of the Decree, the original total term of 120 days (Decree No. 10.422/2020) has been extended to 180 days, as long as the state of public calamity remains in effect.
