On 30 March, 2020, the President of the Republic issued Provisional Measure nº 931 with the objective of increasing the flexibility of certain legal provisions, in light of the current pandemic scenario. The main modifications brought about by this Provisional Measure relate to corporations, limited companies and cooperative societies.
