The draft bill (PL) nº 1.397, which creates emergency rules for judicial recovery, was approved by the House of Representatives and will be evaluated by the Senate. In an interview published in Valor Econômico, Thomas Felsberg assessed that under the current scenario “this crisis has affected many companies which were in good shape or were establishing themselves. These are viable companies facing a moment of adversity. The goal of the PL is to give these companies breathing room, so they can recalibrate themselves.”
