Decree nº 10.377/2020, published on May 28, 2020, has the effect of amending Decree nº 6.306/2007, which regulates the IOF Tax. It is expected that the IOF rate will be zero for the granting of credit by the Electric Energy Trading Chamber – CCEE for loans from the COVID Account, under the terms of Decree nº 10.350/2020.
