Public purchases in the health sector in times of coronavirus: possible consequences

In an article published by Migalhas, Marianne Albers discusses the possible consequences of public procurement in the health sector due to the coronavirus pandemic. The specialist in Public and Regulatory Law asserts that “even if the force majeure is hampering the execution of public contracts and is a cause for contractual termination, it does not necessarily hamper the implementation of sanctions, which will depend on the analysis of the concrete case at hand.”
