The e-book fulfills one of the main objectives of the Alliance by expanding access to information on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) policies and promoting the inclusion and retention of Black talent in the legal field.
The material covers everything from structuring DE&I programs to affirmative actions and guidelines for attracting, developing, and retaining Black professionals. It also highlights the role of leadership, teams, and Human Resources departments in building more inclusive environments.
This publication is the result of a joint effort for a more diverse, equitable, and socially transformative culture.
