The PGFN, through Ordinance PGFN No. 721/2025, regulates the Full Transaction Program (PTI), providing a new opportunity for companies with high tax debts (minimum of BRL 50 million) to negotiate with the Union under differentiated conditions — based on the Reasonable Potential for Credit Recovery (PRJ).
