The Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro has opened a public consultation for a proposed Decree that establishes the general regulation of reverse logistics in the State. The aforementioned draft proposes the revocation of the current State Decree No. 48,354/2023 to consolidate the new rules and obligations relating to the implementation of reverse logistics systems for the products specified.
