On 19 November, the Chamber of Deputies approved the Bill that regulates the carbon market in Brazil, establishing the Brazilian Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading System (SBCE). The text, a Senate substitute for Bill No. 182/24, approved in the second week of November in the House, now awaits presidential approval.
