The Federal Revenue of Brazil has regulated the new program of incentivized self-regularization of federal taxes established by Law No. 14,470/2023, which reduces 100% of fines and interest on debts not constituted by 30 November 2023, or those constituted between said date and 1 April 2024, the deadline for participation.
