New decrees regulating sanitation please the private sector, but still divide opinions

The new sanitation regulation decrees should please the private sector, based on changes in the texts that should remove possibilities for contracts without bidding.

 

On this subject, the newspaper “O Globo” invited our partner Rodrigo Bertoccelli to talk about non-formalized provisional contracts, in which there is de facto provision of service, but without the signing of an instrument that formalizes it.
