ANPD begins public research focusing on definitions in the processing of “large-scale” and “high risk” personal data for the data holder

ALERTS

Clarissa Luz and Daniela Machado, from the Privacy, Data Protection and Technology team at Felsberg Advogados, comment in a new Alert on the opening of subsidies provided by the National Authority for Data Protection (ANPD).

The public research focuses on clarifying the concepts of personal data processing (i) on a “large scale” and (ii) of “high risk” for the data holder, and should result in the elaboration of the first guidance guide to assist in the evaluation of transactions with personal data carried out by small processing agents (ATPP).

The ANPD wants to hear from startups, micro-enterprises, small businesses and non-profit legal entities governed by private law! Contributions to the taking of subsidies should be made on the Participa Mais Brasil platform.
