The exemption from the use of masks in closed environments, established by Decree in the State of São Paulo last week, has divided opinions. With regard to mandatory use in companies, partner Maurício Pepe De Lion told Folha that the employer has the necessary autonomy to stipulate the use of a mask in the work environment and that this can even be considered a protection item, whether individual or collective.
