On 29 December 2021, Law No. 14,285/2021 entered into force, amending the #CódigoFlorestal, the Law for land regularization in areas of the Union in #AmazôniaLegal and the Law for subdivision of urban land with regard to the preservation area (#APP) in consolidated urban areas.
Tasso Cipriano and André Ferreira de Castilho, specialists in Environment, Sustainability and Waste, have prepared an Alert on the changes brought about by the new Law.
