The Organization of Associations of Sugarcane Producers of Brazil (Orplana), which aims to support, strengthen and maintain the competitive advantages of the independent sugarcane producer, has filed a lawsuit in the São Paulo Court against companies with mills in the region, alleging misuse of producer data.
