Provisional Measure No. 1,040 was published in the Official Gazette on 30 March 2021, addressing, among other matters, new rules for the governance of publicly-held companies, the protection of minority shareholders, the facilitation of starting companies, foreign trade and the Integrated Asset Recovery System.
