After more than five months of Law 14,026/20 being in effect, the long-awaited Decree nº 10,588 was published on Christmas Eve (24 December), providing for the technical and financial support of federal public resources to guarantee the effectiveness of the goals of universalization of the new Basic Sanitation Legal Framework.
