ANVISA defines criteria and procedures to make compliance with technical requirements for labeling and package inserts more flexible

ALERTS

Due to the coronavirus pandemic in the world, many companies have found it difficult to comply with certain requirements set out in ANVISA Resolutions 47/09 and 71/09, related to the labeling and instructions for medications. To try to minimize the impact, ANVISA published RDC No. 400/20, making non-compliance possible, as long as the emergency situation declared by Ordinance No. 188/2020 of the Ministry of Health endures.
