ANVISA has committed itself to prioritize requests for operation authorizations for companies wishing to produce or import diagnostic tests, preventive products or treatments for the new coronavirus. The same priority can be granted to pharmacies temporarily authorized to prepare and sell hand sanitizing gel. This priority analysis of AFE requests allows companies to immediately start their activity and for a faster response to the high demand for these products.
