Federal Decree nº 10.329 updates previous decree nº 10.282 by extending the list of public services and essential activities which must be safeguarded in light of the current pandemic scenario. Nonetheless, this new decree excludes from the list the collection, treatment and distribution of water, the collection and treatment of sewage and garbage, and public illumination.
