Gabriel is a partner in the Tax practice area of Felsberg Advogados and has over 20 years of experience in tax consulting. With specializations in International Taxation and Tax Planning (ABDF, 2008), Tax Auditing (UFRJ, 2013), and Tax Litigation (Cândido Mendes University, 2009), his experience includes advising on tax planning for M&As and corporate restructurings, judicial and extrajudicial recoveries and private debt reprofiling, transactions involving satellites, software, new technologies and crypto assets, wealth planning, and art transactions.
