  • Advising one of the main players in the agricultural inputs distribution market in southern Brazil in the sale of the group’s companies, involving the sale of shares and antitrust approval;
  • Advising a national transport logistics group in the acquisition of astakein another company in the same sector, with a view to expanding an denhancing its position in the market;
  • Advising on the acquisition of 75% of a leading company in thecustom software development business, consolidating the client as theworld’ sleading group in creative business transformation;
  • Advising on the acquisition of 12 entities in the digital transformation business with operations in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Australia, including structuring the sale transaction, from a business and tax point of view, as well as the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
