Ligia Schlittler

Profile

Focusing her practice on the renewable energy sector and on infrastructure projects, Ligia has extensive experience in project development and structuring, project financing, and ESG, with in-depth knowledge of the regulatory, corporate, and contractual issues in these industries – particularly as regards contracts for equipment supply, O&M, EPCs, and the purchase and sale of electricity. She also has significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions. Ligia is the founder of the group Women in Energy (Mulheres em Energia), which brings together executives from the energy sector, with different backgrounds and experiences, to discuss issues of energy and female leadership. She is recognized by Chambers and Partners.
