General securitization transactions

Housing Financial System and Real Estate Financial System
Felsberg offers legal aid and consulting services for developers and construction companies intending to develop real estate and commercial undertakings, whether as real estate developments or subdivisions of lots, advising its clients on matters related to granting of financings and provision of in rem guarantees within the scope of the Housing Financial System (SFH) and the Real Estate Financial System (SFI), such as trust on real properties, mortgage, fiduciary assignment of credit rights, and others.
Advice on real estate transactions
The company has experience in preparing and negotiating all types of real estate agreements, which includes purchase, sale, leaseback, exchange, donation, lease, including rural lease, built-to-suit lease, real estate partnerships, including for subdivisions of lots, creation of surface rights, as well as acquisition of real properties through corporate acts or extrajudicial auctions and agreements related to commercial, industrial, or residential real properties, among others.
We also advise our clients on development of projects allocated in rural properties and on rectification of such real properties before the Real Estate Registry Offices, the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform – INCRA, the Federal Revenue, among other bodies. We also advise on acquisition of real estate assets involved in judicial reorganization proceedings.
