Felsberg Advogados names new partners and strengthens its activities in Infrastructure, the Public-Private Sector, and Corporate Restructuring
Pedro Henrique Torres Bianchi and Fábio Luiz Peduto Sertori named as the firm’s two new Partners
Felsberg’s departments of Restructuring and Recovery of Companies, and Infrastructure and the Public-Private Sector now include the knowledge and experience of the firm’s new partners, Pedro Henrique Torres Bianchi and Fábio Luiz Peduto Sertori respectively.
Pedro Bianchi, now a Partner, has been a member of the Felsberg team since October 2014, working together with Founding Partner Thomas Felsberg. He works with companies undergoing financial difficulties, covering debt re-profiling projects and advising on distressed investments. A graduate in Law from the University of São Paulo, his skills also include the negotiation and development of legal plans and structures for the reorganization of capital structures, loan projects, risk analysis, the planning and development of corporate contracts, the strategy and guidance of extrajudicial and judicial recovery and bankruptcy proceedings, representing debtors, creditors and investors.
The ability to meet clients’ needs in the area of Infrastructure and the Public-Private Sector has also expanded with the arrival of Fábio Luiz Peduto Sertori and his team, made up of Henrique Nunes Canever, Eduardo Imada Bracco and Vitor Amauri Nunes. Sertori, who arrives at Felsberg as Partner for the Corporate Finance Department, graduated from the PUC-SP University and was awarded one Post-Graduate degree in Regulation and Energy by ABCE and another in Contracts by Insper. He has 12 years of experience in the Infrastructure, Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships, Public Law and Regulatory areas.
Henrique, who joins the firm as a Senior Attorney, graduated from the São Bernardo do Campo Faculty of Law, holds a Post-Graduate degree in Administrative Law from the FGV and is currently studying for a Master’s in Business Law at the same institution. A specialist in Administrative Law from FGV, Eduardo graduated from PUC-SP and joins Felsberg as a full attorney. Vitor, who graduated from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and holds a Post-Graduate degree in Infrastructure Law from FGV, joins the firm as a Junior Attorney.
