Bruno Salmeron’s practice is especially focused in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and contracts in general. Mr. Salmeron has experience in representing Brazilian and foreign companies in the conduction of their business, from the incorporation of companies to negotiation, draft and analysis of agreements of all kinds, including, among others, Shareholders, Distribution, Agency/Commercial Representation, Lease, Licensing, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure and Purchase and Sale Agreements.
Mr. Salmeron represents multinational companies in the formation of their Brazilian subsidiaries, foreign investments in Brazil and capital control and regulation by the Central Bank of Brazil.
On Mergers & Acquisitions, Mr. Mota advises Brazilian and foreign clients in the purchase and sale of companies’ equity and recently represented a large multi-national company in a complex acquisition of several Brazilian companies in the medical/health industry, and the purchase of a Brazilian beverage brand by a traditional American beverages company.
Regarding foreign investments, Mr. Salmeron assists Brazilian and foreign clients in complying with obligations to the Central Bank of Brazil, especially in relation to the foreign exchange market, Brazilian investments abroad and foreign investments in Brazil, on the necessary steps to formalize such investments, as in the declarations required by the Central Bank related to those investments.
