Institutional and Governmental Relations
The aim of Felsberg’s Institutional and Governmental Relations Department is to provide our clients with advice and support through participation in decision-making processes, including in relation to threats, risk mitigation, the gauging of results and legal-institutional analyses.
Our work involves the representation of interests, including the development and implementation, together with the client, of a strategic plan designed to monitor the legislative and regulatory issues involved in a case, advising on the activities of the Federal, State and Municipal Executive and Legislative Powers, as well as regulatory agencies, associations and independent governmental agencies, amongst other organizations.
We develop tactical and strategic actions that also include the drafting of legal-institutional theses, and/or draft documents.
In terms of a permanent channel of dialogue with the public sector, Felsberg offers monitoring, analysis and proposal services relating to regulatory actions (relevant legislation, legislative bills, parliamentary commissions, public policies, news and trends); participation and legal support in public hearings; formulation of strategies focused on the establishment of a positive institutional image with public and sector-based institutions; and legal-institutional support with civil society sectors.
