Felsberg e Associados’ Presence Felt in Geneva

While our International Trade associate Carolina Saldanha has just returned from a four-month assignment at the WTO in Geneva, our Information Technology associate Seiiti Arata Jr. recently joined the Working Group on Internet Governance (WGIG) Secretariat at the United Nations offices in such Swiss city.

Carolina Saldanha was one of the legal advisors selected to assist the Brazilian Permanent Mission to the WTO in negotiations regarding the amendment of the Antidumping Agreement and in the following key settlement dispute cases: US-Cotton, EC-Sugar, EC-Zeroing, US-Privatizations and EC-Bananas. Seiiti Arata was selected from a list of over 200 IT specialists worldwide to work as an internal consultant, for the next two months, in the finalization of the report on internet governance to be submitted to the Second Phase of the World Summit on Information Society.
